Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary

Jeff D. Barlow serves as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary for Molina Healthcare.  As General Counsel, Jeff is responsible for setting the overall legal strategy of the Company, and for providing legal counsel to senior management, to the board of directors, and to the consolidated organization. Jeff began his career at Molina Healthcare in 2004 overseeing the Company’s filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, advising senior management and the board regarding corporate governance, handling mergers and acquisitions, and providing legal advice regarding health care regulation, litigation, and intellectual property matters. Before joining Molina Healthcare, he worked for the national law firm of DLA Piper in its corporate securities group.

Jeff earned a bachelor's degree in philosophy from the University of Utah, a law degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and a master's degree in public health from the University of California at Berkeley.
