Stephen T.
O'Dell is President for Molina Healthcare of
California. As President of Molina Healthcare of
California, Mr. O'Dell is responsible for the
overall strategic direction and operations of
the health plan and the staff model offices. Mr.
O'Dell has more than 25 years of executive
experience in the managed healthcare industry.
He has held executive positions at First
Consulting Group, BlueCross BlueShield of
Colorado, Nevada and New Mexico and FHP
International. Mr. O'Dell serves on the Board of
Directors for the California Association of
Health Plans. He is also a member of the
California Department of Health Services CEO
Advisory Committee and works collaboratively
with the State to create new initiatives and
promote positive health outcomes. |

holds a Master of Science degree in Health
Administration from the University of Colorado
Medical Center and a Bachelor of Arts degree in
History from Lewis & Clark College in Oregon. |

| Roberta Holtzman, MBA |
Ms. Roberta Holtzman is Chief
Operating Officer for Molina Healthcare of
California. As COO, Ms. Holtzman is responsible
for operational oversight of Member Services,
Claims Customer Service, Community Outreach and
the Northern California and San Diego Regional
Offices. Ms. Holtzman has over 20 years of managed
care experience, including managed care
operations, utilization management and case
management, member services, provider contracting,
medical administration and customer service. Prior
to joining Molina Healthcare of California, her
professional experience included management
consulting for the healthcare industry, operations
responsibilities as Senior Vice President,
Operations for CAPP Care, Vice President and
Executive Director for General Med and Vice
President, Systems for Healthgroup International. |

| Ms. Holtzman holds a Master's
degree in Business Administration from the
Anderson School, University of California at Los
Angeles and a Bachelor's degree from the
University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. |

Hamblin, BS CPA |
Greg
Hamblin is the Chief
Financial Officer for
Molina Healthcare of
California. He has over
22 years experience in
financial management
with both public and
private companies in
the managed healthcare
industry. Greg
is responsible for developing
and implementing the
company’s financial
plan. His experience
includes CFO positions
at UHP Healthcare and
Beech Street/CAPP CARE. He
also served in financial
management roles at several
HMO’s, including
Healthcare USA, HealthAmerica
and Cigna Health plans. |
