Kathie Mancini |
Kathie Mancini is the President of Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc. Ms. Mancini has over 15 yrs of health care management experience in Medicare, Medicaid, individual and Commercial Group managed care, including managed care operations, contracting, and marketing. Ms. Mancini was the COO of Molina Healthcare of Ohio prior to her new role.
Former positions held include: Manager of Operations, Aetna Senior Choice of Ohio; Manager of Government Programs, QualChoice Health Plan, Cleveland, Ohio; Director Government Programs, SummaCare Health Plan, Inc., Akron, Ohio and most recently Chief Operating Officer for Mount Carmel Health Plan, Columbus, Ohio.
Kathie Mancini attended Ohio University, in Athens, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Political Communications. Ms. Mancini is also licensed by the State of Ohio for Life, Accident, and Health Insurance.
Ms. Mancini is active within the insurance community with participation in the Sales and Marketing Executives Committee (SMEI), and is a member of the Ohio Association of Health Plans (OAHP) Medicare and Medicaid Committee. Ms Mancini served as a Past Chair of the OAHP Medicare Committee.

Amy Clubbs is Chief Operating Officer for Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc. In this role, Ms. Clubbs is responsible for the operational oversight of Ohio, including Member Services, Provider Services, Contracting and Marketing/Outreach.
Amy Schultz Clubbs was the Chief Financial Officer of Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc. before taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Clubbs was responsible for internal and external financial statement reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, accounts payable, internal controls, enrollment, end user support, and facilities. Mrs. Clubbs has accumulated over 18 years of financial experience, and over 10 years of healthcare and insurance experience.
Formerly, Mrs. Clubbs served as Director of Payment Management and Director of Finance for CheckFree Corporation. Prior to that Amy served as Director of Financial Analysis/Audit for the Midland Life Insurance Company and in various financial capacities, including Operations Controller, for VOCA of America, a provider of residential and support services to individuals with mental retardation and development disabilities, primarily funded by Medicaid.
Amy Clubbs is a graduate of Ohio University in Athens, Ohio with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance.

Ernie Humbert |
Ernest E. Humbert (Ernie) is the Chief Financial Officer of Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc. and is responsible for internal and external financial statement reporting, financial analysis, budgeting, accounts payable, internal controls, end user support, and facilities. Mr. Humbert has been a CFO in the healthcare insurance industry for 25 years and has other related accounting and financial experience as well.
Formerly, Mr. Humbert served as CFO for Scott & White Health Plan in Temple, Texas; New West Health Services in Helena, Montana; SummaCare, Inc. in Akron, Ohio; Healthsource Massachusetts in Worcester, Massachusetts; M-Care, Inc. (an affiliate of the University of Michigan) in Ann Arbor, Michigan and Mercy Alternative (known as Care Choices) in Farmington Hills, Michigan.
Ernie Humbert is a graduate of Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, and he also earned a Master of Business Administration (with a Finance emphasis) from Ashland University in Ashland, Ohio.

Dr. Kevin Smith is the Chief Medical Officer for Molina Healthcare of Ohio. As CMO, Dr. Smith is responsible for
all clinical operations, including Utilization Management, Case Management, Pharmacy and Quality
Improvement. Dr. Smith has over 15 years experience as a healthcare executive, including the design
and implementation of numerous care management and quality improvement programs at managed care plans
across the country. In addition, he developed some of the industry's first physician profiling and
predictive modeling tools. He has published numerous articles in industry journals and he has been
the principal speaker at several national healthcare conventions.
Prior to joining Molina, Dr. Smith was the
President and CEO of Pace Healthcare Management, a national consulting firm, where his
clients included managed care organizations, physician and hospital groups, self-insured
employers and government agencies. He was also the Corporate Medical Director for Humana, Inc.
and led several start-up ventures. Most recently, he was the Chief Medical Officer at The Little Clinic.
Dr. Smith received his Medical Degree from
UCLA, performed his residency at Children's Hospital of Los Angeles and is board certified
in pediatrics. He received his Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University.

Kimberly Blackwell, MBA

Ms. Kimberly Blackwell is the Manager of Compliance for Molina Healthcare of Ohio, Inc. As
Manager of Compliance, she is responsible for the implementation of the health plan's compliance
program which includes HIPPA oversight and the Fraud and Abuse program. Ms. Blackwell ensures
compliance at the state and federal levels for the organization and performs regulatory auditing
and monitoring. She has an extensive background with over 17 years of experience in the healthcare
and managed care industry. Her prior employers include such organizations as Riverside Methodist Hospital,
Ohio Health Group, E-V Benefits Management and The Ohio State University Health System. Ms. Blackwell has
also held positions as Director of Business Operations and Youth Development Director for non-profit community
organizations focused on enriching the lives of the underserved in various communities.
Ms. Blackwell is a Paralegal and holds undergraduate
degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration. She also received a Masters of
Business Administration from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.

Kelly
Miller, Human Resources Manager, has held Human
Resources positions in various companies since 1999.
She was the Human Resources Manager for Genuine Parts
Company/NAPA Distribution, Columbus, Ohio and Cendant
Corporation, dba Coldwell Banker, Dublin, Ohio. Her
responsibilities have included but are not limited to:
recruiting, interviewing and hiring; training,
benefits, payroll and performance management. Kelly
received her Master of Business Administration from
Franklin University, Columbus, Ohio, Senior
Professional Human Resources Certification (SPHR) and
Certified Train the Trainer Certification.
