Paul Muench, President, has over 18 years of experience in managed health care covering all product lines, the last 10 years with Molina.
Mr. Muench’s experience covers all aspects of health plan financial operations, claims, and provider contracting.
Mr. Muench has an Accounting degree from Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. |

| Gary Call, MD |
Gary S. Call, M.D. has served as the Chief Medical Officer for Molina Healthcare of Utah since 1997.
His role at Molina Healthcare of Utah includes medical leadership and oversight of the medical management and quality improvement
activities for all MHU lines of business (including Medicaid, S-CHIP and Medicare Advantage Special Needs Program) totaling over 60,000 members.
Dr. Call also serves as MHU’s medical liaison to the MHU network providers, MHU Board of Directors, Utah Department
of Health, National Committee on Quality Assurance (NCQA) and CMS.
Work experience includes over 15 years as a practicing family physician.
He has also served as the Family Practice Department Chairman for FHP of Utah, Family Practice Department Chairman at the FHP of Utah Hospital, Physician Chairman of
Computerized Medical Record Program for FHP International and as a University of Utah Volunteer Clinical Faculty member.
Dr. Call is a Board Certified Family Physician.
He received his Medical Degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed his Family Medicine Residency training at the University of Utah School of Medicine
where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Call also completed the University of California Irvine, Medical Management Program. |

| Farley Sowards |
Farley Sowards, CFO, has 22 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Mr. Sowards worked with
FHP in California and Utah, and at St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City. While at St. Mark’s he was
Program Director of the Senior Health Center, and VP of Operations at St. Mark’s Family Residency.
Mr. Sowards has an Accounting degree and an MBA from the University of Utah. |

| Amy Bingham |
Amy Bingham, Compliance Manager, is new to Molina. Ms. Bingham worked for the State of Utah before moving to
California where she worked in Business Development with WellPoint State Sponsored Business. Ms. Bingham brings
seven years of experience working with CHIP and Medicaid programs, four of which included program oversight,
compliance with State and Federal Regulations, and enrollment for Utah’s CHIP program.
Ms. Bingham is currently taking classes through the Utah State University Extension Program to complete a Political Science degree. |
