Molina Healthcare is proud to work with the State of New Mexico to offer the State Coverage Insurance Program (SCI).

The State Coverage Insurance program is a low-cost insurance plan for New Mexico adults whose household incomes are less than 200 percent of the federal poverty level. Under SCI, parts of the health insurance premium are paid by:

• The government
• The insured person
• he insured person's employer (if the person has a job and the employer participates in SCI)

The State of New Mexico Income Support Division decides who is eligible for the SCI program. After qualifying for SCI, a person remains eligible for one year and then has to recertify.
