Molina's Medi-Cal plan offers no-cost comprehensive health coverage with no monthly premiums and no co-payments for any benefit. To enroll in Molina's Medi-Cal plan, please contact Health Care Options (HCO) at

The Healthy Families Program is a low-cost health coverage that provides health, dental and vision coverage to children who qualify. For more information on Molina's Healthy Families Program please call us at 1-800-643-7276 or the Healthy Families Program at

Attention Current or Former Members of Molina Healthcare's Medi-Cal or Healthy Families Plans

We recently learned of an incident that may have caused some of our members' personal and health information to be exposed. On October 18, 2011, we discovered that Provider Reassignment letters sent to some Molina Healthcare members had protected health information ("PHI") visible on the mailing labels affixed to the envelopes.
