Non-emergency Medical Transportation

We can help if you need a ride to your provider appointments. This includes rides to other things like lab, x-ray or therapy. A wheelchair van can be sent if you need it.

For Broward County, you may call Logisticare at 1-866-528-0454 or 1-866-288-3133 for TTY/TDD

For all other counties, please call the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA) local Medicaid office.
