Michigan Medicaid is a program that offers no-cost comprehensive health coverage with no monthly premiums and no co-payments for any benefit to those that qualify. Free transportation services are a covered benefit for Michigan Medicaid.
MIChild is a low cost program that offers health coverage to children under the age of 19 who have no other comprehensive health insurance including Medicaid and who meet monthly family income limits.
