Immunization (Shot) Schedule For Healthy Infants, Children And Adults

Age Immunization (Shot)
BIRTH - 2 MONTHS Hep B (hepatitis B)
1 - 4 MONTHS Hep B (hepatitis B)
2 MONTHS DTaP(diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis), IPV (polio), Hib (Haemophilus influenzae type b), PCV (pneumococcal vaccine)
4 MONTHS DTap, IPV, Hib, PCV
6 MONTHS DTap, Hib, PCV
6 - 18 MONTHS Hep B. IPV
12 - 15 MONTHS Hib, MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella), PCV, DTap may be given here if 6 mo has past from 3rd dose.
12 - 18 MONTHS Varicella (chickenpox), DTap can be given at 12 mo if 6 mo from 3rd dose.
15 - 18 MONTHS Dtap
4 - 6 YEARS (BEFORE STARTING SCHOOL) MMR, DTap, IPV
11 - 12 YEARS MMR ( if your child has not had MMR shots), Var (if your child has not had the chickenpox shot), Hep B (if your child has not had the hepatitis B shots)
11 - 16 YEARS Td (tetanus, diphtheria)
20 - 64 YEARS Td (tetanus, diphtheria) Boosters are recommended every 10 years.
65 YEARS AND OLDER Pneumococal vaccine, Influenza, Td (Tetanus, diphtheria) As recommended by your doctor.
