Dr. Cleo Cool Cat Club


Molina Healthcare of Missouri wants to reward your child for good grades and purrfect attendance. The Dr. Cleo Cool Cat Club is for members between the ages of 1 and 14 years. Dr. Cleo mails out birthday cards monthly to all of our Cool Cat Club members. Children can mail in their good report cards to Dr. Cleo up to two times per year for a reward.
