It is important to keep up with your child's well-child check ups. During a well child check up the provider does a physical exam to see how his/her health is. The doctor will also take a look at your child's shot record to see if any shots are needed. Don't forget to schedule your child's well-child check ups. And, try not to miss any appointments. If you do miss an appointment, make sure you reschedule with the doctor's office. This helps to keep your child healthy!
