But if you feel you need behavioral health services right away, you do not need to see your doctor before you go. Members can go to any behavioral health provider in our network. If you need help finding a behavioral health provider, or need help understanding your behavioral health benefits, call OptumHealth of New Mexico. OptumHealth NM customer service number is (866) 660-7185; TTY (800) 855-2881. OptumHealth NM will help you coordinate your behavioral health services.
If you think you could hurt yourself or someone else, go to the nearest hospital emergency room. They will take care of you right away. If this happens, the hospital staff should call us within 24 hours if you are admitted.
