The 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line is a phone service that helps Molina members by listening to them. The service gives members an easy and fast way to talk to nurses. They can get answers about health problems. Our nurses can guide them to the right kind of care. Members can talk to a Nurse in their own language any time day or night. The service opened in 2004. It gets nearly 200,000 calls a year from members across the country.
