A Molina Healthcare Member Service Advocate can help you file a complaint; just call 713-418-1999, Extension 204016 if you are in the Houston area or 210-366-6500, Extension 203011 if you are in the San Antonio area. Most of the time, we can help you right away, or at the most, within a few days
- Your first and last name
- Your Molina Healthcare ID number. It is on the front of your member ID card.
- Your address and telephone number.
- Explain the problem.

- Someone at the doctor’s office was rude to you
- You did not receive your ID card when you enrolled with MHT
- You cannot find a doctor to see that is close to where you live
You can complain either by phone or in writing. We will respond to you 5 business days after we receive your complaint to let you know that we received it and are looking into it. We will work with other staff members here at MHT, contact other people who were involved in the complaint and send you a letter within 30 calendar days of receipt to let you know how we resolved it.
