Molina Healthcare’s goal is to be better than 75% of other Medicaid and Medicare health plans in the nation. For our Medicaid product line, we met our goal in these areas:

• Prenatal care

• Frequency of prenatal care
• Controlling high blood pressure
• Diabetic care: HbA1C testing
• Diabetic care: Eye exam
• Diabetic care: Monitoring for nephropathy
• Appropriate medications for asthma
• Cholesterol management Advice to quit smoking
• Rating of personal doctor/nurse
• Rating of specialist seen most often
• Getting needed care
• Getting care quickly
• How well doctors communicate
• Courteous and helpful office staff

For our Medicare product line, we met our goals in the following areas:

• Prenatal/postpartum care
• Advice to quit smoking
• Diabetic HbA1C testing
