• Healthy Options is a medical program that provides services at no cost for people on Medicaid.
If you are enrolled in Healthy Options and want to change to Molina Healthcare, call DSHS at 1-800-562-3022.


• State Children's Health Insurance Medical Plan (SCHIP) is a medical program for kids under 19 with family incomes too high for Medicaid.
If you are enrolled in SCHIP and want to change to Molina Healthcare, call DSHS at 1-800-562-3022.
If you want to enroll in Healthy Options or SCHIP, visit the Community Service Office (CSO) near you.


• Basic Health is a state-sponsored medical program for low-income people in Washington
If you are enrolled in Basic Health and want to find out if you are eligible to change to Molina Healthcare, call 1-800-826-2444.

• Washington Medicaid Integration Partnership (WMIP) is a pilot managed care program for adult Medicaid clients who receive benefits under the Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or SSI related programs and reside in Snohomish County.
