Molina Healthcare has programs and services that provide you with information on preventative care and ways you can maintain your health.
Some of the programs and services include:
- A Member Newsletter produced at least twice a year with information about upcoming events, your benefits, ways to stay healthy and other important information
- Reminder cards or phone calls when it is time for things like check ups, immunizations, lead screenings, Women’s health (pap tests or mammograms)
- Information about other things we can help you with such as help to quit smoking
- Weight Control

There are many ways you can be referred to a program or service. One way to enroll is through your provider. You also can self-refer to the program by calling Member Services. Call 1-888-999-2404, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. (CST). There are certain requirements that you must meet.
If you (or your child) are enrolled and you do not want to take part in the program, please call us at the number listed above.
