Improving Services to Molina Healthcare Members

Molina Healthcare participates in annual HEDIS® (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) measures for quality reporting. Along with more than 90% of American health plans, Molina Healthcare uses HEDIS® results to track quality performance from year to year and to identify opportunities for improvement. During the first two quarters of each year, provider offices may be contacted to submit specific medical records for review, an integral part of the HEDIS® data collection process. HEDIS® data collection is in compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

HEDIS® is a Registered Trademark of the National Committee for Quality Assurance.

MHT is collecting information for 2008 and will have these results to publish in the fall of 2009. Check out our website after that time to see how we did.

Molina values the care and service, health education and advice you give to our members.
