Molina Provides Everett Residents with Narcan

In a continuous effort to address the nationwide opioid epidemic, Molina Healthcare of Washington recently partnered with Snohomish County Human Services to host educational events on opioids and Narcan, a drug that can reverse the effects of an overdose. Molina provided 75 doses of Narcan to attendees.
According to the Snohomish Health District, Snohomish County accounted for 1 in 5 heroin-related deaths statewide in 2013.
