Molina Offers Emergency Preparedness Education in Hialeah

With the 2017 hurricane season under way, Molina Healthcare of Florida recently hosted a free event to educate the Hialeah community about how to be prepared for emergencies, such as a hurricane. Volunteers from the Salvation Army provided attendees with a lesson on emergency preparedness and a complimentary bag of groceries upon the lesson’s completion. Molina staff distributed 100 free emergency preparedness kits that included items such as an emergency blanket, flashlight, whistle and a first-aid kit.
