Molina Celebrates the Thanksgiving Holiday By Providing Meals to Families in Need

To celebrate the holiday season and ensure families have access to nutritious foods, Molina Healthcare organized events in the communities it serves to help families in need enjoy a nutritious holiday meal. Molina teamed up with the Rubidoux Family Resource Center to provide fresh produce and Thanksgiving food for 115 underserved families in Rubidoux. Additionally, the company’s community engagement team partnered with the Moreno Valley Unified School District for Operation Gobble Gobble, which distributed fresh produce and Thanksgiving food baskets to 400 underserved families in Moreno Valley. Finally, to support San Bernardino residents, Molina and the Tzu Chi Foundation joined together to give fresh produce, canned goods, bread, cereal, and pies to 215 families of Del Vallejo Middle School students, specifically students who qualify for free or reduced lunch.
