Molina Healthcare of Michigan Supports Shelter of Flint with Needed Items

Molina Healthcare recently donated thousands of diapers and pull-ups to Shelter of Flint, which serves more than 1,000 adults and children daily with emergency shelter, transitional housing, permanent housing and other needed services to help families and individuals get back on their feet.
“On behalf of the clients of Shelter of Flint, we thank Molina and its staff for the outpouring of support,” said Shelly Hoffman, Grants & Fund Development Manager for Shelter of Flint, Inc. “The gift of diapers and pull-ups will make a significant difference for residents in our emergency shelter. We simply cannot thank you enough.”
Shelter of Flint offers programs and services designed to help secure stability through affordable housing for low-income and homeless individuals and families. The shelter supports families well beyond the emergency phase. Shelter of Flint works to identify underlying problems that often result in homelessness and provides services proven to address tough challenges.
