Before you can reset your password

You will need to register your Molina email address on the Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) portal. You
must do this prior to being locked out of your account. If you’ve already been locked out of your account,
call the Service Desk at x114357 or externally at (800) 642-4230.

Reset your Molina password or unlock your Molina account

Follow the steps below to unlock your account and reset your password. You must register your Molina email
address on the Self Service Password Reset portal prior to being locked out of your account. If you’ve already been
locked out of your account, call the Service Desk at x114357 or externally at (800) 642-4230.

Click the GO TO SSPR PORTAL button below to connect to the SSPR portal and verify who you are.
Select option to “Reset Password” or “Unlock Account”.
Select one of three verification methods:
• Call my mobile number
• Text my mobile number
• Answer my security questions

Once you successfully verify who you are, you
can change your password or unlock your account.
 

Logging back onto your workstation:

  • If you are working from the office:
  • All you need to do is login to your machine using the new password.
  • If you are working remotely:
  • You will need to connect VPN from the logon window
  • Enter your new password when authenticating against the VPN.
  • Once connected, you can log onto your workstation with the new password.
