Molina Clinic: Your Medical Home

When you’re a patient at Molina Medical, our clinic is your medical home.

What does that mean?

It means that, from your first visit, we coordinate all your care, whether it’s through Molina Healthcare or outside our system. We introduce you to a team of providers who treat you with the latest standards in medicine. Working together, your team gets you the clinical advice and primary, behavioral health, and specialty care you need through our network of practices. We also help you become educated about your health conditions, and support you in managing your own care.

All our patients have 24/7 access to care and advice. You receive equal access to what we offer, regardless of the source of your income.

And as our partner in your health and health care, it’s up to you to tell us your full medical history: Past, present and ongoing. We rely on you to inform us of any care you receive outside the Molina network, too. And to make it simple for you to stay in touch, keep us up to date, or to ask any questions we provide you contact information for your team members.

Innovative programs and services for members and patients

For over 30 years, Molina Medical has continued to provide access to quality care through innovative programs for our members, patients and their families.

InstyMeds Prescription Dispenser is available for patients’ instant medication fills. To provide more convenient access to prescription medications, Molina Medical physicians offer patients medications before they leave the office. Molina Medical is one of the first in the country to offer fully automated on-site medication services for Medicaid-managed care patients.

24-Hour Nurse Advice Line provides free medical information for patients in over 23 languages anytime, day or night. The 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line is an innovative telephonic access service that assists Molina Medical members by promptly assessing their needs and expertly directly them to the appropriate level of care.

We offer certified babysitting on site at the Kids Corner. Often parents miss important doctor’s appointments or well check up exams because they don’t have a babysitter or one of their children is ill. At Molina Medical’s Kids Corner, while you take care of your health, we take care of you and your family.

Get Fit is a free after school program at Molina Medical, which provides young teens with a safe and supervised place to stay active and healthy. Teens are able to play sports and fitness games with Wii FitTM tournaments.

Patient Access Coordinators assist patients in navigating the health care system and keeping important medical appointments. Our coordinators help patients reschedule missed appointments and medical services, identify community resources for our patients who have non-medical related needs such as dental, shelter and food. In addition, coordinators place ‘welcome’ calls to our senior and disabled patients to connect them with their medical home.

Our Community Rooms are free to use for our community agency partners. Multipurpose meeting rooms are located in adjacent space to our primary care clinics in several locations. Each room may hold between 12 and 14 individuals and are handicap accessible. You will also have access to a projector and whiteboard. ​​​​
