Molina Healthcare Supports Those Impacted by Dayton Mass Shooting With $75,000 Donation and Offers 24-Hour Nurse Advice Line for Members Affected by Tragedy

Molina Healthcare is donating $75,000 to help supportvictims and their families affected by the recent shooting that took place in Dayton,killing nine victims and injuring another 27. The funds will go to The Dayton Foundation’sDayton Oregon District Tragedy Fund, which was created to help victims and familiesdirectly affected by the mass shooting. Molina Healthcare also offers a free,24-hour Nurse Advice line (888-275-8750), which is available for any Molina membersimpacted by this tragedy.

“We are deeply saddened bythe horrific event that happened in our community on August 4,” said MikeParks, president of The Dayton Foundation. “On behalf of The Dayton Foundation,we sincerely thank Molina Healthcare for such a generous gift.  One hundred percent of all donations to theDayton Oregon District Tragedy Fund will be safely and responsibly distributedto the victims and their families.”
