Molina Offers Free Emergency Prepared Education and Kit Giveaway in North Charleston

Molina Healthcare of South Carolina recently partnered with the North Charleston Fire Department to educate the community about how to be prepared for emergencies, such as a tornado, thunderstorm or fire. At this Family Fun Day event, volunteers from the fire department provided attendees with a lesson on home safety and CPR. Molina staff distributed 200 emergency preparedness kits, which include items such as an emergency blanket, flashlight, whistle and a first-aid kit. Guests also participated in games, enjoyed food at the various food trucks and checked out the fire engines and displays.
