A nurse can help you decide if you or your child should see a provider right away. The nurses can also help you make an appointment if you need to see a provider quickly. They will also call you back to see how you or your child are doing. There are times where you have questions but you do not think you need to see your provider. Call the Nurse Advice Line. You can talk to a nurse in your language about any health problem. They will help you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

The Nurse Advice Line was first known as the TeleSalud Program. It began through a partnership with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Molina Medicare's TeleSalud Nurse Advice Line today receives nearly 200,000 calls a year from Molina Medicare members across the United States.
