Girls Rule is an initiative to empower young women through the mentorship stories and life experiences of female trailblazers. Women from Molina’s leadership team shared their stories to help motivate participants as they look toward their future impact on the community.
University of Michigan Names Winners of Michigan Health Equity Challenge

ANN ARBOR, Mich., April 19, 2024 – The University of Michigan School of Public Health has named two student winners in the Michigan Health Equity Challenge. The initiative, funded by a $100,000 grant from The MolinaCares Accord (“MolinaCares”) and Molina Healthcare of Michigan, provided graduate students at the University of Michigan with resources and mentorship support in the development of innovative solutions, in partnership with community-based organizations (CBO), to Michigan’s pressing health equity concerns. Molina will now provide $50,000 for each partner CBO to implement the winning strategies with the students.
Miracle Minds Therapy Student Mental Health Conference Focuses on Supporting Behavioral Health for Clark County Youth

LAS VEGAS, April 17, 2024 – Molina Healthcare of Nevada (“Molina”), in collaboration with The MolinaCares Accord (“MolinaCares”), today announced $2.8 million in grants as part of its commitment to Nevada. Supporting 29 community-based organizations and providers, these grants aim to improve access to health care and social services targeting health disparities among under-resourced communities in Clark and Washoe Counties.
