The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will train your staff to help people applying for coverage through the Marketplace. If your organization and staff become certified, you will be listed in a database on the CMS website as a trusted resource to help people enroll in the Health Insurance Marketplace.

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
