Emergency transportation
Emergency transportation (ambulance) is covered for emergency medical conditions including someone that is mentally ill and needs immediate care.
Non-emergency transportation
Transportation for non-emergency behavioral health visits is covered through Washington Apple Health and your ProviderOne Services Card.
How do members get care?
Emergency Medical Transportation: If you need emergency medical transportation, call “911”
Non-Emergency Medical Transportation: Call your local transportation broker. You must have prior authorization before the services will be provided.
