What is virtual care?
Virtual care is a medical visit by phone or online. Our virtual clinic is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Reach us by phone, tablet or other device with an Internet connection.
A virtual visit is 100% private, just like a regular provider visit.
What conditions are treated by virtual care?
Our virtual care clinic is a lot like an urgent care clinic.
Visit us for minor illnesses and conditions, like:
- Minor burns
- Cold and flu
- Sore throat
- Sinus issues
- Ear pain
- Pink eye
What can the provider do?
A virtual care provider can give you medical advice, prescribe medication (when appropriate and necessary), or help you set up a follow-up appointment with your primary care provider (PCP). After your visit, you will get a summary for your records. Molina will make sure your care is coordinated with your PCP.
Who can use virtual care?
The service is available to all Molina Apple Health (Medicaid) members in Washington.
How much does it cost?
There is no charge to our Apple Health (Medicaid) members. The service is free.*
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed. Your visit happens anywhere you are – at your home or someone else’s home, at work or wherever you may be.
Do I have to wait to see a health care provider?
Once you request care, there will be a short wait. Most visits happen in 30 minutes or less.
How do I get started?
