Nurses can answer your health questions for FREE, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Call this number if your doctor is not available and you are not feeling well.

Molina Healthcare provides Care Coordination and Case Management services for individuals with special healthcare needs. A Care Coordinator/Case Manager is a nurse or social worker who follows your case as you go through the health care system. Some illnesses are very complex and frightening. They may involve tests, surgery, treatment, or hospitalization. The purpose of a Care Coordinator/Case Manager is to have one person be your point of contact to help you.

Health & Family Newsletter
As a Molina member you will receive a Health & Family Newsletter by mail at least twice a year. This newsletter will give you the latest updates about Molina and topics about health. If you have moved, please contact your local Income Support Division office or the Human Services Department to update your address. They will help you change your records.
 
Molina Healthcare members can get learning materials about many health topics by calling our Health Education Line or by asking your provider.
