CAHPS Survey Season

The Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) is a survey used to evaluate patient satisfaction. The CAHPS Survey is a vital tool in understanding the patient's perspective on their healthcare experience. Please encourage your patients to complete the survey, so we can all better understand the needs of Molina members.

Molina’s Provider Self-Services Portal has a variety of tools to simplify your transactions whether you need to check eligibility or check claim status. For more information contact Provider Services. Molina Healthcare is now collecting National Provider IDs (NPIs) from contracted and non-contracted providers. Submit your NPI to Molina via our Provider Self-Services Portal.​​

Michigan Medicaid Benefits Re-determination (Renewal Process)

The Redetermination process is used for annual reviews to renew your Michigan Medicaid patients’ benefits. The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) must re-determine an individual’s eligibility for active programs every 12 months.

How can you help your Medicaid patients?
