Do not bill MyCare Ohio enrollees for Medicare cost-sharing amounts. "Balance billing" is prohibited by federal law and your Provider Services Agreement. Learn more.

Payment can be made for both a well visit and sick visit for the same member on the same date of service if the diagnosis codes support the need for both. The well visit must be billed with modifier 25. Learn more.

  • • Addition or closure of office location
  • • ​Addition or termination of a
       provider
  • • Change in Tax ID and/or NPI
  • • Open or close your practice to new
       patients (PCPs only)
