You will need to register your Molina email address on the Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) portal prior to being locked out of your account. If you have not registered, you will not be able to reset your password or unlock your account yourself. If you’ve already been locked out of your account and have not completed the registration step, then call the Service Desk at x114357 or externally at (200) 642-4230.
