Reset your Molina password or unlock your Molina account

Follow the steps below to reset your password and unlock your account. In order for this feature to work successfully, you must
have registered your Molina email address prior to being locked out of your account. If you’ve already been locked out
and have not registered your Molina email address, call the Service Desk at x114357 or externally at (800) 642-4230.

Click the Reset Password / Unlock Account button above to go to the password reset portal and verify who you are.
Select option to “Reset Password” or “Unlock Account”.
Select one of three verification methods:

• Call my mobile number
• Text my mobile number
• Answer my security questions

Once you successfully verify who you are, you
can change your password or unlock your account.

Logging back onto your workstation:

  • If you are working from the office:
  • All you need to do is login to your machine using the new password.
  • If you are working remotely:
  • You will need to connect to VPN from the logon window
  • Enter your new password when authenticating to the VPN.
  • Once connected, you can log on to your workstation with the new password.
