Molina Healthcare Donates $50,000 to Volunteer Florida

MIAMI (Oct. 23, 2018) – Molina Healthcare is supporting Volunteer Florida with a $50,000 donation to help those impacted by the recent destruction caused by Hurricane Michael. In addition to the monetary donation, Molina Healthcare of Florida is also hosting relief events and made accommodations to ensure Molina members have uninterrupted access to care.

“Volunteer Florida is grateful for Molina Healthcare’s generous donation to the Florida Disaster Fund,” said David Mica, Jr., CEO of Volunteer Florida. “This support enables us to partner with voluntary organizations to provide both immediate relief and long-term recovery services throughout the Panhandle, and in turn, fulfill our commitment to make Florida a better place for all to live.”
