To reset your passphrase, please:

  1. Click here and enter your Molina email and code listed and select Next
  2. Select I forgot my password and select Next
  3. Confirm your identity either by sending a code to your personal email or receiving a text
  4. Select a new passphrase and enter it twice

Note: Once changed, passphrases cannot be changed again for 24 hours.
