To reset your passphrase, please:
- Click here and enter your Molina email and code listed and select Next
- Select I forgot my password and select Next
- Confirm your identity either by sending a code to your personal email or receiving a text
- Select a new passphrase and enter it twice
Note: Once changed, passphrases cannot be changed again for 24 hours.
