The Guide to Accessing Quality Health Care is created each year for Molina Healthcare of South Carolina members. The Guide helps you learn about the programs and services offered to you. You can read about our:

Quality Improvement Program: Molina uses surveys and tools to review all of the services and care you get each year from Molina.

Population Health Management: Molina has services to keep you healthy and take care of any health condition. We have programs focused on Case Management, Transitions of Care, care before and after birth, and others. 

The Guide also gives you details about how we:

• Protect you and your privacy
• Make choices about your health care
• Assist you with health care actions like after hours care and getting prescriptions
• Meet your communications needs by offering TTY and language translation services
