Molinalogo

IMC is a state initiative that brings together the payment and delivery of physical health, behavioral health (mental health and substance use disorder treatment) and crisis services for people enrolled in Apple Health (Medicaid), through managed care.

As part of the IMC services, there is a Behavioral Health Services Only (BHSO) program which provides behavioral health (mental health and substance use disorder treatment) to fee-for-service Apple Health Medicaid clients. Medical services are administered through the Health Care Authority (HCA).

Molina was selected to be one of only two MCOs to provide Integrated Managed Care (IMC) to Medicaid members in all 10 Washington regions. As of January 1, 2020 IMC will be implement statewide. New regions include Salish (Clallam, Jefferson & Kitsap counties), Great Rivers (Cowlitz, Grays Harbor, Lewis, Pacific, Wahkiakum counties) and Thurston-Mason (Mason and Thurston counties)  See our service area map here

IMC and BHSO coverage include crisis services which are covered through the local Behavioral Health Administrative Services Only (BH-ASO). Below is a list of the BH-ASOs by region.
