Beginning January 1, 2024, Provider Relations Representatives (PRR) are assigned to our in-network providers by specialty type.
Please use the list below to identify the PRR and their direct contact information.
Primary care providers, including internal, adult, family, general and geriatric medicine, and pediatrics, are assigned alphabetically by individual practitioners' group names or last names.
Note: Assignments are subject to change based on network growth and staffing changes. All updates will be posted to our Molina Healthcare website as they occur.
