Molina Healthcare of Ohio Makes Forbes List of Best Employers

Molina Healthcare of Ohio was named one of best large employers in the Buckeye State by Forbes magazine.The list comes from a survey of 70,000 workers at companies with a minimum of 500 employees in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. According to Forbes, participants were asked if they would recommend their employer to others, and to evaluate their employer based on working conditions, diversity, compensation packages, potential for development, company image, and more.
“This recognition reflects Molina’s dedication to creating a strong, empowered workforce comprised of Ohioans serving their fellow Ohioans,” said Ami Cole, plan president for Molina Healthcare of Ohio.
Molina was the only Medicaid managed care organization in Ohio to make the Forbes list.
