Changes in your body include:
  • Hormones changes
  • Body makes more blood and body fluids

    • They may get bigger
    • They may be sore or tender
    • Your nipples get darker
  • Weight gain (the average is 3-4 pounds)

  • You may urinate more often
  • You may have nausea (morning sickness)
  • You may feel dizzy or lightheaded

  • You start to feel your baby move. This usually starts between weeks 15 and 20
