When Can You Enroll - Molina Healthcare CHIP program

To choose Molina Healthcare as your family’s health plan for CHIP, please follow the steps below upon receiving your open enrollment letter from the Mississippi Division of Medicaid.

How to Enroll

  1. Review the open enrollment letter you received from the Mississippi Division of Medicaid about choosing your health plan for CHIP.
  2. Follow the instructions on how to choose Molina Healthcare.
  3. If you are not currently a member and would like to know more about your eligibility, please contact Conduent toll-free at (800) 884-3222 or (601) 206-2900.
  4. Call Molina Healthcare if you have benefit questions.
