How do members get care?
- Medical eye exams are covered as a normal office visit when seen by a provider, ophthalmologist or optometrist.
- Please check your Molina Healthcare Provider Directory to find a provider, ophthalmologist or optometrist who can provide you with covered eye care services.
Services can include a co-pay, deductible or coinsurance. Find your patient responsibility
