The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) released Health Plan Ratings on 09/15/23. NCQA is an independent 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in the United States that works to improve health care quality through the administration of evidence-based standards, measures, programs, and accreditation. NCQA Health Plan Ratings evaluate more than 1,000 private, Medicare and Medicaid health plans in three quality areas: patient experience, prevention, and treatment. NCQA Health Plan Ratings are not affiliated or endorsed by the Agency For Health Care Administration (AHCA).
