- Outpatient services
- Doctor visits
You need to see providers that are part of Beacon Health Options unless it is an emergency. If you need help, call our Member Services. You do not need a referral to see a doctor, and you can pick or change your behavioral healthcare provider or case manager at any time. If you want to change, call Member Services at 1-866-472-4585 or 711 for TTY/TDD. Your case manager can also help you.
