For the safety of our Members and Staff, Molina Healthcare of New Mexico’s Marketplace Consumer Assistance Office will be temporarily closed for Walk-In visitors in our downtown Albuquerque office until further notice in accordance with New Mexico Governor Lujan Grisham’s State of Emergency Declaration regarding the COVID 19 Pandemic.

Please note any Molina Healthcare Marketplace Members needing assistance from the Marketplace Consumer Assistance Office should contact the Marketplace Member Contact Center at 1-888-295-7651, Monday through Friday 8am -5pm MST, for assistance.

Molina Healthcare is watching COVID-19 updates on a daily basis.

Our corporate chief medical officer (CMO) is working closely with our health plan CMOs across the country to make sure that we are ready to help our members.

There are no changes to our prior authorization process at this time. Specific outpatient visits for ER or office care do not need prior authorization in our network. Our inpatient prior authorization process stays the same. We will update you of any changes as things happen with this fast changing public health matter.
