How to Enroll

The Behavioral Health Services Only (BHSO) Plan covers mental health and substance use disorder treatment services for members who get their medical services through Apple Health (Medicaid) coverage without a managed care plan. The Health Care Authority enrolls you directly if you are eligible. 

 

Want to change your health plan to Molina Healthcare?
If you are an Apple Health (Medicaid) member with Behavioral Health Services Only (BHSO) coverage and want to enroll with Molina Healthcare, you can change your health plan one of the following ways:

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
