How do members get care?
Molina Healthcare partners with Vision Service Plan (VSP) to provide you with covered vision services. To find a provider, ophthalmologist or optometrist who can provide you with covered eye care services, visit VSP or call
(844) 246-0250.

Eyeglasses are covered for children under age 21 through your Apple Health (Medicaid) ProviderOne Services Card. They are provided through Correctional Industries Optical only. Your vision provider can orders the eyeglasses for you.

You may have to pay for services that are not covered. You may also have to pay for services from providers not part of our network. If the services were an emergency, you don’t have to pay. If you need help, call Member Services.
